- Enhanced email support – Same business day response to client specific royalty software usage questions.
- Extended support hours – After business hours telephone and online screen sharing support by appointment is available Monday through Saturday.
- Database review service – Answers questions that require us to review client provided files. This includes the EasyRoyalties database and sales import files.
- Implementation support – Covers import of authors, titles, products, and historical sales from Microsoft Excel files that are formatted according to our specifications. We will create template royalty contracts (up to 4) for you to use. We will guide you through the implementation process and review your database file for errors and omissions as you proceed through the process.
