Overdrive distributes eBooks to public and private libraries. Publishers selling eBooks through overdrive have a selection of pricing plans to offer libraries. EBook sales can be for a limited or an unlimited time period. EBooks can access can be limited to one library patron at a time per eBook copy purchased or the publisher can allow unlimited users to access the same eBook at the same time. EBooks can be purchased individually and/or as part of a collection of titles.
Overdrive’s Max Access plans offers library patrons unlimited access to selected titles. Unlimited users can checkout the same book at the same time. These plans are available through a yearly subscription with each publisher. The library can swap out a certain percentage of titles during the course of a subscription with new, fresh titles.
Sales Import Field Mappings
The OverDrive Max Access sales column does not have a field header. Either enter a name for this column in the header row or import the field 11 column with the sales information. There is no value for quantity in this sales file.

Ignore when any of the following fields are blank should have a value of ISBN. The royalty software will ignore any rows; including blank rows, that do not have a value in this field.

Note: If you want to import to whom the eBook was licensed then map the Retailer field to the Consumer column. The customer is OverDrive. The consumer is the retailer that purchased the eBook access rights from OverDrive.
