The inventory tab in our royalty software displays the inventory at a specific point in time. Inventory can be entered manually or imported from an Excel file. You can display the inventory level in the royalty statement’s Editions Summary section.
The Inventory tab is where inventory levels are displayed. You can add a new value by entering a value in a blank row or by pressing the Add an entry button.
Inventory levels can be imported from an Excel file. This file needs to contain columns for:
- ISBN or SKU
When the file is ready go to the Importing menu and select Import Type: Titles & properties > Custom to update edition records; products, with new inventory values.
On the import wizard’s Mapping screen the fields for EditionInventoryDate and EditionInventoryLevel are towards the bottom of the field list.
Please reference the Importing Manual for more information about importing information into EasyRoyalties.
